Our Project
« Accueil à la Ferme en région Transfrontalière »
Our project is composed by 6 partners :
- from France : Novagri, Le Savoir Vert and Campagnes Vivantes
- from Belgium : Accueil Champêtre en Wallonie, WAVI et PIVAL
Our project helps farmers with their plans to find new concepts, to try other diversification, to guide their project... (Examples : farm to visit, for group, restauration, accomodation, products ...).
It promote also our network.
A Project for "Interreg IV"
Our project « AFT » is funded under the Territorial Cooperation (INTERREG IV). More information on http://www.interreg-fwvl.eu./
Launched on an experimental basis in 1990, the Initiative INTERREG aims to promote economic development in border regions and help them to get the most out of European integration. The intervention of Europe is reflected by a financial contribution to a better economic and social cohesion. The current program INTERREG IV follows the actions of the Interreg II and III. It covers the period 2007-2013.
Our project "AFT" includes three action :
1 The quality :
We want to make the public aware of the quality control process create and establish by all the partners and lead to a pooling of working methods, communication media ... Themes are also studied all toogether, such as meeting persons with disabilities, security on the sites ...
L’objectif est de sensibiliser le grand public à la démarche qualité mise en place par l’ensemble des partenaires et aboutir à une mise en commun des méthodes de travail, des supports de communication… Des thèmes sont également étudiés en commun, tels que l’accueil de personnes handicapées, la sécurité sur les sites…
2 Research and development :
The aim is to develop new themes, adapted to a new audience (teenagers, groups and businesses), establish new services for consumers and create links between farmers and non farmers.
3 Promotion of agriculture :
This action will promote agriculture by encouraging farmers to communicate and developing adequate communication.
